基于微信的肠造口患者的延续性护理效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Continuity Nursing Based on WeChat Patients with Intestinal Stoma

目的探讨基于微信的延续性护理对肠造口患者居家护理生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年3月至2016年3月我院普外科行肠造口手术患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和微信组,每组42例。两组患者同时给予术后常规护理和ARC更换流程出院宣教;微信组在对照组的基础上,出院后与患者建立微信群的信息交流。以出院后3个月为节点,调查两组患者造口并发症发生的情况及生活状况,评价指标包括常见造口并发症、造口自我护理能力、重返工作岗位、性生活恢复、社交活动恢复等。结果微信组患者的造口并发症发生率明显低于对照组,生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的延续性护理能减少造口并发症的发生,提高患者自我护理能力,尽早恢复社交功能,融入社会,有较好的效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of the home nursing care, which was based on the continual foUow-up by W-eChat（a kind of chat software）, on the quality of life in intestinal colostomy patients. Methods 84 patients accepted intestinal colostomy operation from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into the control group（n= 42） and WeChat group（n=42） randomly. All patients were given the routine postoperative nursing and the dem- onstration about how to replace one ostomy. In addition, patients in the WeChat group were required to join in a group for information communication. All patients were assessed every 3-month after discharge in these indica- tors as follows, complications associated with intestinal colostomy, self-care skills, time to work again, the recov- ery of sex and the acceptance of their image. Results The complications associated with intestinal colostomy in the WeChat group was significantly lower than the control group and the quality of life is significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The home nursing care based on the continual foUow-up by We- Chat will reduce complications, improve patients＇ self-care ability and promote patients to integrate into society as soon as possible.
