人文关怀对结肠造瘘患者自我护理能力的影响

目的分析人文关怀护理对直肠癌结肠造瘘口围手术期患者自我护理能力的影响。方法选取我院收治的50例直肠癌结肠造瘘口围手术期患者作为观察组,并将同期收治的50例直肠癌结肠造瘘口围手术期患者设为对照组,予以对照组常规护理,予以观察组人文关怀护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后的自我护理能力评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理应用在直肠癌结肠造瘘口围手术期患者护理中,可提高患者的自我护理能力,促使患者早日康复,值得推广。
