TFEMA改性无皂丙烯酸酯乳液的制备及在大理石防腐中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MAA)、苯乙烯(St)为单体、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯(TFEMA)为功能性单体,过硫酸铵作引发剂合成无皂氟丙乳液.通过对合成乳液固含量、粘度的测定以及成膜的XRD、IR、及TG等检测结果的分析确定最佳的反应条件;另外通过大理石板材的耐酸试验考察各组乳液成膜的耐腐蚀性.最优实验条件为温度85℃,St/BA 1:1.0,TFEMA3%,APS2.28%,耐酸实验损失率为0.209‰. Using butyl acrylate (BA) ,methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene (St) as monomers, trifluoroethyl methacrylate (TFEMA) as functional monomers, and ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator, the modified soap-free polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized. The optimal experimental conditions were determined by the analysis of the comprehensive performances of e- mulsion and the film, including solid content, viscosity, particle size of emulsion and XRD, IR, TG of the film. Acid-resisting tests of marble slab were used to investigate corrosion resistance of the films. The results showed that the optimal condition was as follows: temperature was 85 ℃, St/BA was 1:1. O, dosage of TFEMA and APS were 3% and 2. 28% respectively, under this condition the loss ratio was 0. 209‰.
