精准经尿道前列腺剜除术—治疗前列腺增生新标准 被引量：4

摘要 良性前列腺增生（BPH）是导致老年男性尿频、尿急、夜尿增多、尿线变细、膀胱余尿量增多等下尿路症状最常见的病因,手术治疗是前列腺增生最为可靠的治疗方法之一。随着技术的进步,越来越多的术式被应用于BPH的手术治疗中。其中经尿道前列腺剜除术作为近20年来新兴的术式,大有取代先前的经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）成为新的金标准之势。
