基于AHP的高职院校学生就业竞争力评价体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Evaluation System of Employment Competitiveness for Higher Vocational College Students Based on AHP

采用层次分析法(AHP)对高职院校学生就业竞争力进行评测,构建高职学生就业竞争力评价指标层级图,运用数学计算得出就业竞争力各评价指标权重,并进行重要性程度的比较诊断和分析,探讨学生就业竞争力关键要素和评价体系,加强高职院校学生的就业竞争力培养,促进学生就业。

AHP method is adopted to evaluate employment competitiveness for higher vocational college students. The evaluation index hierarchy figure chart is established, and index weight of the evaluation is gained by mathematical calculating and the degree of importance is diagnosed and analyzed. The key factors and evaluation system of students＂ employment competitiveness are ex- plored to strengthen the cultivation of higher vocational college students＂ employment competitiveness and to promote the employ- ment of students.
