摘要
通过对反渗透系统进水淤泥密度指数(SDI)影响因素的研究,建立SDI测试的数学模型,采用STM32F103CVT6单片机作为主控芯片,通过流量检测、水泵控制、温度检测等硬件模块和相应的软件程序,实现对SDI的自动测试。该系统采用触摸按键,具备自动测量计算显示SDI数据、存储实时测量数据和历史数据、温度变化超限停止测试等功能,测试误差低于1%,满足了水质参数检测实时在线、快速准确、便于携带的要求,填补了国内该类测试仪器的空白。
The mathematic model of SDI test is established through the research on influential factors of reverse osmosis SDI. The SDI automatic test is realized by using the STM32 F103 CVT6 single-chip microcomputer as the master control chip, and through the hardware modules such as flow detection, pump control and temperature detection, and the corresponding software program. The system uses touching buttons. It is equipped with functions of measuring automatically, displaying the SDI data and storing the data in real time and historical data, temperature overrun stopping test, etc. The testing error is below 1%. It satisfies the requirements of water quality parameters testing, which should be real-time online, fast, accurate and portable, thus it fills a domestic gap in the field of this kind of test instrument.
