坚持立德树人,切实加强高校行政管理人员师德建设

On the Strengthening of University Administration Teachers' Moral Construction Based on Moral Establishment and Talent Cultivation

立德树人既是高校宣传思想工作的核心任务也是教育的根本任务。高校行政管理人员师德建设与高校发展密切相关。目前部分高校行政管理人员存在师德建设创新、责任意识认知缺乏、育人意识欠缺深度融合、"师德"建设未形成长效机制等制约因素,因此,需要加强高校行政管理人员的思想教育,增强专业培训,不断健全育人服务机制,完善考核奖惩和监督制度。建立高校行政管理人员师德建设长效机制,有助于夯实思想基础,培养良好师德,从而为高校的科学、可持续发展提供良好的软环境。

Moral establishment and talent cultivation is not only the core task of ideological work, but also the fundamental task of education in universities. University administration teachers＇ moral eonstruetion is closely related with university development, but there are some problems in it at present. Therefore, ideologi- cal education and professional training on university administrators should be enhanced, in order to strengthen the mechanism of education service and improve the system of evaluation and supervision. To consolidate ideological foundations and cultivate teachers＇ morality, a long-term mechanism should be established for university administration teachers＇ moral construction, which can also provide a good soft environment for the scientific and sustainable development of universities.
