行业特色安全工程专业建设与人才培养

On Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation of Industry-characteristically Safety Engineering

行业特色安全工程专业建设能够为行业输送专业知识扎实的工程技术人才,但是受到行业经济运行环境的影响非常显著。本文立足行业特色安全工程专业学科建设和人才培养的优缺点,提出了四点建议:促进安全文化建设,培养学生的安全使命感;充分发挥班主任对学生长期的影响作用;保持专业特色,拓展学生基础知识;精炼课程体系,加强课外自学管理,并指出,专业建设和人才培养的核心是培养学生的安全使命感,以及发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Specialty construction of industry-characteristically safety engineering can provide the industry with engineering and technical talents with solid professional knowledge, but it is sig- nificantly influenced by the economic operation environment of the industry. In this paper, four suggestions are put forward based on the advantages and disadvantages of the specialty construction and talent cultivation of industry-characteristically safety engi- neering. The suggestions are as follows： promoting the construc- tion of safety culture, and cultivating students＇ safety sense; giving full play to the long-term influence of head teachers on students; maintaining the characteristics of the specialty, and expanding students＇ basic knowledge; refining the curriculum system, and strengthening the management of extra-curricular self-study. And it is pointed out that, the core of specialty construction and talent cultivation is the cultivation of students＇ sense of safety, as well as their ability to find, analyze and solve problems.
