广西高职院校信息化环境建设现状调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Informatized Environment Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges of Guangxi

校园信息化的发展水平是衡量一个国家高校综合水平的重要标志,经过多年的建设和摸索,我国高校信息化建设在基础设施、数字信息资源、校园管理模式、教学科研等方面有了长足的发展。虽然现代信息技术的迅猛发展为高校信息化的发展提供了巨大的支持,但是随着高校信息化建设的人力、物力的投入不断增大,决策管理中出现的偏差和失误,以及技术带来的不稳定性等,都将给高校信息化建设带来风险问题,风险问题贯穿高校信息化建设的始终,影响着高校信息化建设的成效和顺利实施。

The level of informatized campus development is an important indicator measuring the comprehensive level of a country＇s colleges and universities. After years of construction and exploration, the informatized construction of colleges and universities in our country has achieved considerable development in infrastructure, digital information resources, campus manage- ment models, teaching and research. The rapid development of modem information technology has greatly supported the infor- matized development of colleges, but the constant increase of in- put in human and material resources, the biases and errors of policy-making and management, and the instability resulted from technology, will bring risks and problems to informatized construction of colleges and universities, and the risks and problems will go throughout the whole construction.
