基于教育生态学视阈下的高校教学管理问题,一直都是当今时代社会教育教学发展的重点与难点,大力改革与改进新型高校的教育教学,提高教师的生态定位,改变教学方式的陈旧与拘泥于形式,个性化发展与培养学生,提高学生的多元化发展。是本文着重进行分析与讨论的话题。

College teaching management based on the perspective of educational ecology has always been an important and difficult issue for the development of education and teaching in contem- porary society, Therefore, this paper focuses on this issue from vigorously reforming and improving the new-type college education and teaching, improving teachers＇ ecological orientation, changing the traditional formality-centered teaching method, promoting students＇ individualized development, and improving students＇ development in all aspects.
