浅析提升大学生职业指导效果和效率的措施

A Brief Analysis of Measures to Improve the Effect and Efficiency of College Students' Occupational Guidance

在政府部门的倡导下,各大高校对加强职业指导工作有了一定的了解,现今已初步形成了以辅导员和专职职业指导老师为主体的职业指导队伍,来为毕业生就业提供帮助,为促进毕业生就业做出贡献,其中也不乏存在一些问题,没有意识到职业指导与职业技能的培养同等重要,通过研究当前我国大学生职业指导工作存在的问题,来浅要分析学校方面就如何提升大学生职业指导效果和效率的问题所应该提出的改进措施。

Under the initiative of the government, colleges and universities have certain understanding on strengthening college students' occupational guidance. Nowadays, a professional team has initially formed concluding college counselors and full-time occupational guidance teachers to help graduates obtain employment, which makes contribution to promote the employment of graduates. However, problems exist that it has not realized the importance of cultivating job skills of college students. Through the study of existing problems in college and universities' occupational guidance, this paper wants to provide some measures on how to improve the effect and efficiency of college students' occupational guidance.
