小组工作方法在老年社会工作中的应用研究——以第一城社区“时尚银发”项目活动为例

Research on Application of Group Work in Elderly Social Work: A Case Study on the "Silver-Haired Fashion" Program of the First City Community

小组工作是社会工作的核心方法之一,在老年服务中,开展不同类型的小组活动,可以帮助老年人解决因年老带来的许多问题,更好地度过晚年生活。本文以第一城社区"时尚银发"小组活动为例探讨了小组工作方法和技巧在老年社会工作中的运用,进而提出一些看法和建议。

Group work is one of the core methods of social work, and in services for the elderly, by conducting different types of groups, many problems due to old age can be solved, so that the later life of the elderly can be spent happily. With the ＂Sil- ver-Haired Fashion＂ group activity of the first city community as the example, this paper discusses the application group work methods and techniques in elderly social work, and then proposes some views and suggestions.
