文学作品都有不同程度的自传性,只有从主客观相结合的角度解读,才能更好地领会作品的真谛。《聊斋志异》具有明显的自传性。蒲松龄常常通过"异史氏曰",或通过作品人物之口,直接表露自己的思想观念。更多的情况是在作品的人物形象与情节中融入作家的主体意识。《聊斋志异》中最具自传性的人物形象是科考中的落第书生、社会生活中的告状复仇者和爱情作品中的男主人公。
