双联抗血小板治疗轻型脑卒中的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical curative effects of dual anti-platelet therapy in the treatment of mild cerebral apoplexy

目的探讨双联抗血小板治疗轻型脑卒中的疗效。方法选取2015年3月-2016年6月来我院神经内科住院确诊为脑卒中的患者78例为试验组，随机选取2014年住院的脑卒中患者为对照组。试验组予阿司匹林及氯吡格雷联合抗血小板治疗，对照组予阿司匹林抗血小板治疗，两组均予常规他汀类药物治疗。人院时及出院时分别行NIHSS评分，并对比总有效率和不良反应。结果试验组入院时NIHSS评分为（4．05±0．68）分，出院时NIHSS评分为（3．63±0．76）分，总有效率为93．59％。对照组人院时NIHSS评分为（3．85±0．52）分，出院时NIHSS评分为（4．06±0．34）分，总有效率为34．62％。试验组人院和出院时的NIHSS评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组的总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均无不良反应发生。结论双联抗血小板治疗对于治疗轻型（NIHSS≤5分）脑卒中有明确的疗效，且有良好的安全性。

Objective To explore the curative effects of dual anti-platelet therapy in the treatment of mild cerebral apoplexy. Methods 78 patients diagnosed with minor stroke who were hospitalized in the department of neurology in the hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected as experiment group. Patients with minor stoke hospitalized in our hospital for the whole year in 2014 were randomly selected as the control group. The experiment group was given aspirin combined with clopidogrel for anti-platelet therapy. The control group was given aspirin for anti-platelet therapy. Both groups were given and total effective rate and regular treatment with statins. NIHSS scores were calculated upon admission and discharge, adverse reactions were compared. Results NIHSS score was（4.05±0.68） upon admission in the experiment group, and the score was （3.63±0.76） upon discharge. The total effective rate was 93.59%. NIHSS score was（3.85±0.52） upon admission in the control group, and the score was（4.06±0.34） upon discharge. The total effective rate was 34.62%. The difference of NIHSS score in the experiment group upon admission and discharge was statistically significartt（P〈0.05）, and the difference of total effective rates between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Conclusion Dual anti,platelet therapy in the treatment of mild cerebral apoplexy （NIHSS score≤5） has exact curative effects, and the safety is favorable.
