摘要
目的探讨跗骨的变化及损伤与增龄的关系,为临床研究足跗骨的退行性变化及骨质疏松性损伤提供影像解剖学依据。方法选取本地区2008年1月-2015年10月68例患者足部CT资料,通过判断足部跗骨CT值的变化规律来研究增龄因素对跗骨骨密度的影响。结果跗骨CT值变化与增龄呈负相关。30-49岁跗骨CT值变化差异性不明显,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),该年龄段患者增龄对于跗骨骨密度的影响轻微;50~80岁跗骨CT值变化差异性显著,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),该年龄段患者增龄因素对跗骨骨密度影响显著。结论足部跗骨的骨密度变化与年龄变化呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes and damage of tarsus with age, and then provide image anatomy support for the clinical research of degenerative changes of the tarsal bones and osteoporotic injury. Methods The foot CT data of 68 patients in the local region were selected from January 2008 to Octobor 2015. The CT value variation of the tarsus and then studied the influence of aging on the bone density of tarsus were investigated. Results The tarsal bone CT data changes were negetively correlated with age. There was not significant change of the tarsal CT data between 30-49 years old (P〉0.05), and the influnce of age on the tarsal bone density was slight in this age period. In contrast, there were statistic differences of the tarsal CT data between 50-80 years old (P〈0.05), and the influnce of age on the tarsal bone density was significant in this age period. Conclusion The changes of tarsus density is negatively correlated with age.
