摘要
目的探讨集束化护理干预对心力衰竭患者的影响。方法选择我科2014年5月-2015年12月期间100例心力衰竭患者随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组予集束化护理干预，对照组实施常规护理，记录两组患者心功能、总不良反应及护理满意度。结果干预组心功能改善率90％，总不良反应率6％，护理满意度92％；对照组心功能改善率78％，总不良反应率20％，护理满意度76％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论集束化护理能够改善患者心功能，降低不良事件的发生率，提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the value of cluster nursing in patients with heart failure. Methods One hundred patients with heart failure from May 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Intervention group received cluster nusing and control group received routinal nursing. The level of cardiac function, total adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction＇ were collected. Results The improvement rate of cardiac function, total adverse reactions rate and nursing satisfaction rate in intervention group were 90%, 6% and 92%; those in control group were 78%, 20% and 76%. There were significantly differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cluster nursing can be implemented to improve the level of cardiac function, decrease total adverse reactions and enhance nursing satisfaction.
