耐破度是烟叶物理特性中的一项,一般指烟叶在生产加工时破碎前的能承受的最大压力,广泛应用于评价烤烟和再造烟叶的加工性能。概述了烟叶耐破度的概念及测量方法,分析了烟叶耐破度与烟叶外观质量、烟叶物理特性和烟叶化学成分的关系,介绍了耐破度在初烤烟叶和再造烟叶质量评价中的应用,旨在为今后研究提高烟叶耐破度的措施提供参考。
Bursting strength was one of the physical properties of tobacco leaves, generally referred to the maximum pressure in the production and processing of tobacco could withstand before breaking, widely used in processing performance evaluation of flue-cured tobacco and reconstituted tobacco. The concept and measurement method of bursting strength of tobacco leaves were summarized, the relationship between bursting strength of tobacco leaves and the appearance qualities, physical characteristics and chemical composition of tobacco leaves were analyzed, and the application of bursting strength in tobacco qualities evaluation of cured tobacco leaves and reconstituted tobacco leaves were introduced. It provides a theoretical bases of research measures to improve tobacco bursting strength in the further.
