兰州市大中型超市的空间分布格局及其影响因素 被引量:24

Spatial Distribution and Patterns and Influential Factors of Large and Medium Supermarkets in Lanzhou

摘要 以兰州市为例,依据空间区位理论、商圈理论等为指导,借助Arc GIS10.2、Geo Da软件,基于多变量视角综合运用反距离空间插值、叠加分析、缓冲区分析和空间自相关分析等方法,从空间布局、内部差异、集聚程度及其影响因素等方面来揭示兰州市大中型超市的空间分布格局。结果表明:兰州市超市总体呈"西疏东密"的不均衡特征;内部差异较大且不同规模超市的分布特征不同;与人口的空间分布呈显著正相关;对交通的依赖性较强;呈明显的商业中心趋向性;与城市地价耦合关系也较为显著。 Taking Lanzhou city as an example, guiding with the Space Location theory, Market Area theory, etc, and using ArcGIS10.2, GeoDa Software, this paper focuses on spatial patterns, Internal difference, agglomeration and influential factors of supermarkets to reveal spatial distribution features in Lanzhou by integrated using the method of inverse distance weighted, overlay analysis, buffer analysis, spatial autocorrelation analysis and others from multivariate perspective. The results showed that: Overall appeared the unbalanced characteristics of "dense in east and sparse in west". Large internal differences and different types of supermarkets present different distribution characteristics. Positively correlated With the population spatial distribution pattern. With a strong reliance on transportation, showed a obvious tendency of the commercial center. Coupling relationship with the city land price is also more significant.
