摘要
构建长江经济带工业生态技术创新效率评价指标体系,利用2002—2013年长江经济带相关面板数据,通过建立改进型超效率DEA模型及Malmquist指数分析方法,对长江经济带11省份工业生态技术创新效率进行分析,以期为提高沿带省份生态技术创新效率,转变经济发展方式,提升国际竞争力提供参考依据。分析结果表明:长江经济带工业生态技术创新效率呈现明显的地域性差异;其工业生态技术创新效率基本由技术进步带来,整体技术效率呈现下降趋势;且并没有形成工业生态技术创新规模效率,而纯技术效率有一定程度上升。
With the accelerated process of industrialization in China, the contradiction between environmental constraints and economic development has become increasingly prominent. Only the realization of effective ecological technology innovation can bring economic benefits and reduce the harm to the environment, and thus achieve the transformation of factor-driven to scientific eco-technological innovation driven. In this regard, this article constructs an evaluation index system Of industrial eco-technological innovation efficiency on the Yangtze River Economic Zone. The regional industrial eco-technological innovation efficiency of 11 provinces from 2002 to 2013 is measured by SE-DEA method and Malmquist Index. The results show that: (1) the regional industrial eco-technology innovation efficiency presents an obvious regional difference; (2) the efficiency stems from technical progress, and its scale is decreasing; (3) Without the formation of the scale efficiency of industrial eco-technological innovation, the pure technical efficiency increases to a certain degree.
