摘要
为保证车辆行驶的平顺性,SUV或轿车悬架的垂直刚度和侧倾角刚度设计得较低,在转弯时可能产生较大的侧倾,影响行驶稳定性。为解决上述问题,汽车中广泛采用安装稳定杆。稳定杆支架是固定稳定杆的部件,其开裂会导致稳定杆失效。针对开裂问题进行分析并制定解决方案,最终实验结果表明改进方案可靠有效。
To ensure the vehicle ride comfort, the suspension vertical stiffness and camber stiffness of SUV or car are designed lower and in turn greater roll may be produced, affecting the stability of vehicle. In order to solve the problem, stabilizer bars are widely installed in vehicle. Stabilizing rod bracket is a component to fix the rod, and its cracking can cause failure of stabilizer bar. The cracking problem was analyzed and the solution was formulated. The experimental results show that the solution is reliable and effective.
