摘要
采用低温溶液旋涂法成功制备了钙钛矿太阳能电池用介孔TiO_2层。利用场发射扫描电镜(FSEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、倒置金相显微镜(SMM)对介孔TiO_2的形貌及组织结构进行了表征。结果表明:匀胶时间为20s、转速为1000r/min,旋涂时间30s、转速为4000r/min,制备的介孔TiO_2层为锐钛矿型,平均粒径为3μm左右,组织分布均匀,纯度高,可运用于快速制备高效钙钛矿太阳能电池。
Mesoporous TiO2 layer of perovskite solar cells was successfully fabricated by low temperature so-lution spin process. Morphology and structure of the mesoporous TiO2 layer was characterized by FSEM, XRD,SMM . Results show that the uniform adhesive was for 20 seconds,rotation speed to 1000 r/min,spin time was 30 seconds and rotation speed was 4000 r/min. The structure of mesoporous TiO2 layer was anatase type with 2 microns thickness,grain size about 3 microns,and shows that it has homogeneous distribution and high purity,so it can be applied in rapid preparation of high efficiency perovskite solar cells.
