摘要
界面过渡区(简称界面)作为混凝土中的薄弱环节,其黏结强度对混凝土宏观力学性能有较大影响。在已有的混凝土界面试验方法基础上,结合其实际受力情况提出一种原位拉拔试验方法。以卵石骨料为对象,研究了不同粒径(30,50,70,90,110 mm)的卵石埋置于不同强度混凝土浆体中(C15,C20,C25,C35,C40)界面的黏结强度规律。试验结果表明:卵石与浆体之间的黏结强度约为混凝土抗拉强度的1/3;同一混凝土强度下,黏结强度随着骨料粒径增加有所降低;同一骨料粒径下,黏结强度随混凝土强度提高有增加的趋势。提出的试验方法可用于混凝土界面黏结强度的测试,并可为类似复合材料的界面强度试验提供参考。
The bond strength of interfacial transition zone( abbreviated for the interface)as the weak link in concrete has a greater impact on the macro-mechanical properties of concrete. Based on the existing basis of concrete interface test methods,the paper proposes an in-situ test methods for drawing combined with the actual stress situation. The object of gravel aggregate researches bond strength law of different si-zes(30 mm,50 mm,70 mm,90 mm,110 mm)of gravel embedded in the different strength( C15, C20,C25,C35,C40)of concrete slurry. The results show that the bond strength between the gravel and the slurry is about 1/3 of the tensile strength of concrete;bond strength decreases with the increasing of aggregate size under the same concrete strength;bond strength increases trend with increasing of concrete strength under the same aggregate size. Test method proposed in this paper can be used to test concrete interfacial bond strength,and can provide reference for similar composite interface strength test.
