综放面开切眼综合防灭火技术实践

Fire Prevention and Control of Open-off Cuts in Fully-mechanized Mining Face

针对白土窑煤矿1101综放工作面开切眼煤自燃发火情况,制定了以灌注凝胶为主、喷浆为辅的综合防灭火技术措施,并对治理效果进行了评价分析。结果表明:采用综合防灭火技术措施处理后,气体浓度和温度显著降低,有效防止了开切眼煤自燃,为类似条件的开切眼煤自燃防治提供了参考。

According to spontaneous combustion in open-off cuts on No.1101 fully-mechanized mining face in Baituyao Mine, a comprehensive fire prevention and control technology was established,taking gel injection as a primary method and taking shotcrete as a subsidiary method, and its treatment effect was evaluated. The results show that the implementation of the comprehensive technology could effectively reduce the gas concentration and temperature and prevent the spontaneous combustion, which could be reference for the similar situations.
