摘要 通过现场调研经坊煤矿井下运输大巷的各产尘点的产尘原因和特点,结合粉尘的扩散特性,针对目前防尘和降尘设备降尘效果不佳,很容易造成环境污染及煤尘的二次降落,以及浪费水资源等问题,提出合适的喷雾方案,通过试验分析该喷雾装置在带式输送机转载点处的降尘效果,验证该风水联动喷雾装置降尘的可靠性。 Field research shows the causes and features of dusting in main transport tunnels in Jingfang mine at the points of dust generation. Combined with diffusion property of the dust, the paper argues that the poor dust controlling effects of the equipment could cause problems, such as environment pollution, second falling of the coal dust, and water waste. An appropriate spraying plan is presented. The dust controlling effects of the sprayer at the transfer points of the belt conveyor are studied to verify the reliability of the spraying and dust controlling equipment with the linkage of wind and water.
