Sr对AZ91D镁合金微观组织与力学性能的影响

摘要 AZ91D镁合金强度高,耐蚀性好,是目前最常用的压铸镁合金。但由于其塑性和韧性差,无法满足高承载及受冲击环境下零件的使用要求。在AZ91D镁合金中添加不同含量的Sr,研究其对合金微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,Sr的加入极大地细化了AZ91D镁合金的晶粒,并促使第二相形态趋向粒状化,基本消除了沿晶界分布的粗大β(Mg17Al12)相,同时基体中的β相增多、分布均匀;Sr的添加提高了AZ91D镁合金的塑性(冲击韧性、伸长率)和抗拉强度,但屈服强度略有降低。 AZ91D magnesium alloy with high strength and good resistance is the mostcommonly-used die-casting alloy at present. But the alloy is fragile under load and impact due to poor ductility and toughness. The microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91D were researched when different amounts of Sr were added. The results indicate that microstructure of AZ91D is refined greatly and the second phase tends to be granular owing to the addition of Sr. The coarse β( Mg17Al12) phases existed at grain boundaries almost disappear and moreβ phases appear uniformly in the grains. The ductility( impact toughness and elongation) and tensile strength increase but yield strength deteriorates slightly due to the addition of Sr.
