摘要
运用DEA模型对2005~2013年我国高校科技投入产出效率进行测度,在此基础上计算出其基尼系数和泰尔指数并对泰尔指数进行分解,从而在全国各省份和东中西三大地区两个层面测量了我国高校科技投入产出效率的区域差异。结果表明我国高校科技投入产出效率整体水平较高,其中东部地区效率最高,西部居中,中部最低。我国各省份高校科技投入产出效率之间的差异较大,但差异正在逐步缩小,而区域内差异对我国高校科技投入产出效率总体差异的贡献率最大。
Using DEA model to measure scientific and technological input-output efficiency of Chinese universities from 2005 to 2013,then calculate the gini coefficient and theil index and the theil index decomposition,thus the provinces throughout the country and features two levels was measured by three big area regional difference of input and output efficiency of science and technology in colleges and universities.The results show that the overall level of scientific and technological input-output efficiency of Chinese universities is higher,the highest efficiency of the east,middle and west central minimum.Provinces in China university of science and technology input and output efficiency of the difference between the larger,but the difference is gradually narrowed,and regional differences of university of science and technology input and output efficiency in China's overall contribution is the largest.
