科技成果转化成效相关测度指标的反思

The Reflection About the Assessment Indicators of the TSTA

当前科技成果转化已经成为我国科技管理界、科技界和企业界等各界关注的焦点。但是一直以来,国内有关科技成果转化的测度缺乏统一的指标,且存在概念不清、认识模糊等现象。通过对中国知网(CNKI)期刊数据库和中国重要报纸全文数据库进行检索,从科技成果和科技成果转化的概念内涵的角度进行反思,得出了相关启示。

The transformation of scientific and technological achievement（TSTA）has been a focus topic of in china.However,there are no authoritative assessment indicators of the TSTA,leading an unclear and vague understanding of the performance of the TSTA.The paper found the main existing measure indicators rely on database,like Periodical Database and China Core Newspapers Full-text Database of CNKI.Then we have given the reflection from the perspective of the concept of scientific and technological achievement and TSTA.Relevant inspiration are arrived based on the analysis hereinabove.
