基于科技进步奖的科技成果转化评价——以新疆为例

Evaluation on the transformation of the scientific and technological achievements based on the Science and Technology Progress Award——taking Xinjiang as an example

科技进步奖是科技成果被有效应用的指针,而专利的公开和应用是获得科技进步奖的支撑条件,以专利公开反映科技成果的数量,以科技进步奖反映科技成果的质量,搜集、统计了2011~2015年新疆公开的专利和科技进步奖获奖成果。结果表明,公开的专利中＂跻身＂进步奖的比例约为5%;农业科技类和化工类的专利公开数量占所统计的学科领域专利公开数量的一半以上;而农业类、机械工程与信息技术类、医疗卫生类科技成果项目占科技进步奖获奖项目的一半以上。

Based on the two aspects：the Science and Technology Progress Award was an effective pointer for the scientific and technological achievements were applied successfully,as well as that the patent publishing and application was one of the supporting elements to gain the Science and Technology Progress Award.The patent publication and the Science and Technology Progress Award could reveal the quantity and the quality of the scientific and technological achievements,respectively.The published patents and the prized achievements in the Science and Technology Progress Award of 2011-2015 in Xinjiang were collected and counted.The results showed that about 5% of the published patents climbed into the Science and Technology Progress Award;more than half of the published patents belonged to the agricultural technology and the chemical industry domain;while more than half of the prized achievements belonged to the agricultural,mechanical engineering and information technology,medical and health domain.
