企业协同创新动力要素的理论与实证研究

Theory and Empirical Study of Enterprise Collaborative Innovation Power Factor

以内蒙古地区12家企业中334名管理者为调研对象进行实证检验。验证性因子分析结果显示,内部协同要素对企业创新绩效有正向影响,并对外部协同要素与企业创新绩效关系起完全中介作用。部分外部协同要素会作用于内部协同要素,共同作用于企业创新绩效。最后,提出了提高企业创新绩效的相关建议。

In this paper,an empirical investigation is made based on the samples of 334 enterprise managers in12 enterprises in Inner Mongolia as the research object.The results show that the internal motivation factor has a positive effect on team innovation performance,and in the external motivation plays a role of intermediary between elements and the enterprise innovation performance.Part of the external power factor can effect on internal factors,resulting in a collaborative relationship,work together in the enterprises innovation performance.Finally put forward the related Suggestions to improve enterprise innovation performance.
