摘要
知识型员工创新行为是企业可持续发展的不竭动力,只有满足知识型员工的心理期望才能激励知识型员工形成内在驱动力,进而产生创新行为。知识型员工的心理期望多属于心理契约的内容,针对其心理期望,结合影响知识型员工创新行为的因素,从心理契约视角,提出了激励知识型员工创新行为的策略。
Knowledge staff innovation behavior is the inexhaustible driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises.Meeting the psychological expectations of the knowledge employees can motivate them to form the inner driving force,and then they can create innovative behavior.Psychological expectations of the knowledge employees are more included in the content of psychological contract.Combining the factors that influence the knowledge staff innovation behavior with their psychological expectations,and then the strategy about the knowledge staff innovation behavior incentive is put forward in the perspective of psychological contract.
