摘要 利用传输矩阵的方法,研究了一维光子晶体中光波的传输特征。通过数值计算,讨论了光子晶体的介质的层数、介质层的厚度以及介电常数对光子晶体禁带结构特征的影响,这对于光子晶体的设计具有一定的参考作用。 Using the method of transform matrix, the light transfer characteristics of one-dimensional photonic crystal were studied. By numerical calculations, the effects which were bought to the photonic crystal's forbidden band structure by layers of dielectric and the thickness and the dielectric constant of the medium were discussed. This research has a certain reference value to the designing of the photonic crystal.
