摘要
简要介绍了IN M O结晶器液压系统的工作原理,阐述了IN M O结晶器一个典型液压故障的分析及改进方法,并重点分析了液控单向阀性能随工况的变化而变化的特点,为正确使用液控单向阀提出了一定的参考意见。
This paper briefly introduces the working principle of INMO mold hydraulic system, expounds the improvementfor a typical hydraulic system malfunction of INMO mould, and analyzes the characteristic of pilot-controlled check valvethat performance varies with the working conditions, and proposed some suggestions for the using of pilot-controlled checkvalve.
