摘要
对人流手术后,由于子宫内膜的环境受到破坏,导致子宫内膜宫腔粘连进而受到感染进行了深入剖析。截取我院2009年7月15日-2015年6月5日接受诊治的60位患者资料进行回顾分析,探讨了人流术后宫腔粘连采取的及时治疗方法。在这60位人流术后感染宫腔粘连患者的积极治疗配合下,所有患者基本康复,没有引发其他的妇科疾病。人流手术后感染是引发宫腔粘连的主要原因,人流手术中只有按照常规的流程来进行操作,并做好术后感染的预防工作,采取正确的避孕措施才会尽量减少并降低宫腔粘连的发生。
Abortion postoperative infection caused by intrauterine adhesions was made in-depth analysis. 60 patients of our hospital from July 15, 2009 to June 5, 2015 were selected to explore the timely treatment of intrauterine adhesions afterabortion. 60 patients who actively cooperated with the treatment for intrauterine adhesions after abortion have made a basically recovery without causing other gynecological diseases. Abortion postoperative infection is the main cause of intrauterine adhesions, only in accordance with a conventional process and making prevention of postoperative infection and taking proper contraceptive measures can minimize and reduce the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions.
