摘要
研究将"以人为本"作为立足点,对人力资源和IT企业的特点进行了分析,阐述了IT企业现实中人力资源管理方面存在的流失与低效能问题,提供了IT企业通过教育培训、职业规划、企业文化、绩效考核等方法提升人力资源管理质量,为IT企业进一步提升管理效能、做好人力资源管理工作提供了参考。
Taking people-oriented as a foothold, this paper made analysis of human resources and IT enterprisecharacteristics, explained the loss and inefficient problem in human resource management of IT enterprises, providedmethods to improve human resource management through educational training, career planning, corporate culture andperformance appraisal, and provided a reference for IT enterprises to further improve management efficiency and humanresources management.
