电业工会的作用是为了促进电力企业的可持续发展,因此电力工会要积极学习三个代表重要思想和四中全会以及习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,以电力企业所制定的各项规章制度为准则,以夯实基础、寻求发展、提高水平为目标,坚持贯彻党全心全意依靠工人阶级的指导方针,坚持改变电业工会工作内容和方式方法,开创一个全新的电业工会工作局面。

The role of electrical union is to promote the sustainable development of the power companies, and thereforeelectrical union should actively study the important thought of Three Represents, the Fourth Plenary Session and series ofimportant speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping, taking the rules and regulations established by electricity companiessystem as the criteria, taking foundation reinforcement, development exploration and level improvement as the goal toadhere to the guidelines of wholeheartedly relying on the working class, adhere to change work content and method ofelectrical unions, and create a new situation of electrical union.
