企业是经济生产的细胞和基础,提高企业经营质量,促进企业对风险的掌控能力是市场化背景下我国企业的核心问题。研究以企业经营实际为平台,对企业经营风险展开了系统性的研讨,探究了企业经营风险的表现和原因,提供了企业经营中对风险信息收集、数据加工、体系构建、人才发展等策略,对企业经营风险的判别、分析和控制提出了系统性的建议。

The enterprise is the basis and cell for economic production, and core issue in improving the enterprisemanagement quality and promoting its ability to control risk under the background of market. Taking actual businessoperation as a platform, this paper made research on business risk, studied the reasons and performance of business risk,provided strategies on risk information collection, data processing, system construction and human resources development,and proposed suggestions on business risk discrimination, analysis and control.
