摘要
以物流企业的实际人力资源现状为平台,对物流企业的人力资源困境和存在问题进行深入探究,提出了树立物流企业现代的人力资源管理理念,建立物流企业有效的人力资源激励机制,建立物流企业健全的人力资源发展机制和提高物流企业人力资源管理的政策弹性等方法,为促进物流企业管理科学化,更好地开发人力资源提供了参考。
The present situation of human resource of logistics enterprises as a platform, this paper studied on the problemsof human resources, proposed the establishment of modern human resources management concept, establishment ofeffective human resource incentives, establishment of sound human resource development mechanisms and improvingpolicy elasticity of logistics enterprise, so as to provide a reference for promoting the scientific management of logisticsenterprises and achieving human resources development.
