For vocational education, focusing on growth of teachers is important for improving teaching quality, enhancingthe strength of institutions and deepening education reform. This paper made analysis of the basic point, key point andfoothold of growing demand for vocational teachers, solve the contradiction between schools＇ indoctrination and teachers＇demand, so as to explore the logic perspective and valid path of the growth of vocational teachers.
