摘要
通过分析企业绩效管理中存在的问题,提出了建立健全考核制度、管理制度,形成完善的绩效管理体系,将绩效管理模式与薪酬联系、构建科学的考核办法和管理模式,着重体现绩效管理的重点、加强绩效管理的效果评估和控制,将绩效管理与约束机制相结合、提升员工的自我发展空间等企业绩效管理模式,以期能够对我国企业的绩效管理模式有着推动作用。
By analyzing the problems in enterprise performance management, this paper proposed the establishment of asound performance appraisal system, management system and a sound performance management system, combiningperformance management with compensation to build scientific assessment method and management model with emphasison reflecting the performance management, strengthening effectiveness evaluation and control, combining performancemanagement with restraint mechanisms to enhance the self-development space of employees, so as to promote enterpriseperformance management mode.
