The relevant state authorities makes hierarchical configuration, integrationand optimization on the platform, and has gradually established a certain basic technical conditions, which we can say thisis the key foundation of all walks of life to carry out related research work. Mainly combined with certain characteristics ofscientific research, this paper introduced problems and development direction of national technology platform, analyzed itscurrent management defects, proposed countermeasures to further improve its construction management, which has acertain reference value for construction significance, construction ideas and development direction of national science andtechnology platform.
