摘要
以透明釉为基础釉,外加铬尾矿、铁尾矿、钴尾矿和二氧化锰为着色原料,在1270~1310℃氧化气氛下制备了颜色纯正的高温无光黑釉。实验结果证明:当钴尾矿加入量为1.1%时,所制备的高温无光黑釉可以形成釉面光滑,颜色纯正的釉面效果,其色饱和度值L*=27.26,a*=-0.67,b*=0.98,光泽度为25.2。采用廉价的金属尾矿代替传统金属氧化物着色,这不仅大大降低了釉料制作的成本,同时在一定程度上也解决了金属尾矿带来的环境问题。
High-temperature matt black glaze was prepared using chromium tailings, cobalt tailings, iron tailings, and manganese dioxide as coloring agents based on transparent glaze at 1270 ~ 1310 ℃ under the oxidizing atmosphere. The results showed that when cobalt tailings content is 1.1﹪, smooth, matt and pure black color glaze(L*=27.26,a*=-0.67,b*=0.98) are obtained with the glossiness of 25.2. It not only greatly reduces the production cost of the glaze, and to some extent, solve the environmental problems caused by metal mine tailings using cheap metal tailings instead of traditional metal oxide.
