摘要
采用微波热处理技术得到了Ti-Sn微米棒。采用XRD、SEM与EDS研究合成产物的组成相组成和微观形貌。研究结果表明,通过微波合成技术,采用2Ti/Sn/石墨粉体原料均得到大量Ti Sn微米棒。Ti-Sn微米棒的长度约5~10μm,宽度约2~3μm。石墨原料起到了诱发电弧放电的作用,从而促进Ti Sn柱状晶的形成。
The Ti-Sn micro-rod was synthesized by microwave heat treatment. The phase composition and microstructure of the samples were studied by XRD, SEM and EDS. The result showed that amounts of Ti-Sn microrods can be obtained by microwave synthesis from 2Ti/Sn/graphite. These micro-rods had a length of 5 ~ 10 μm and a width of 2 ~ 3 μm. Graphite played a role for inducing arc discharge and was benefits to synthesis of Ti-Sn micro-rod.
