社区支持农业对会员膳食行为变化的影响研究被引量：4

摘要本文的目的是研究社区支持农业(CSA)对会员膳食行为变化的影响。基于337个中国CSA会员的本,本文运用有序Logit模型的实证分析发现,会员预定的CSA蔬菜占比、对CSA农场的信任程度、会员的虚拟参与对膳食行为变化有显著影响。
