宝鸡钛产业技术创新能力研究——基于专利地图分析视角

Research on the Innovation Ability of Titanium Industry in Baoji——from the perspective of patent maps

近10年宝鸡钛产业专利申请量的发展过程可以分为快速上升、上下震荡和衰减下降三个阶段。统计数据显示,企业作为技术创新主体,申请专利数量占到74%。宝鸡钛产业的专利主要集中在(作业/运输)和(化学/冶金)领域,占总数的77.6%。研究表明,宝鸡钛产业的技术创新存在5个方面的问题:专利数量与产业地位不匹配;专利技术含量不高;专利保护不足,失效专利过多;创新主体之间缺乏合作。增强宝鸡钛产业技术创新能力的路径是完善创新环境,提高专利意识;围绕龙头企业,延伸产业链;促进企业、科研院所、高校之间的合作。

The Titanium industry is one of the leading industries in Baoji.It’s necessary to make aproper evaluation of the technical innovation ability of Titanium industry to ensure a virtuous development and competitive advantage.This paper investigates the innovation ability of Titanium industry in Baoji from the perspective of patent information with the evaluation indicators of quantity,structure,law state,patentee,etc.Based on this,some problems are found out and some policy suggestions are raised.
