大学生党员发展质量保障机制研究:现状、问题与展望

在大学生中发展党员是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。如何保障大学生党员的发展质量,成为高校党建工作中的重要议题。针对大学生党员发展质量保障机制的研究,主要集中在存在问题揭示、质量弱化原因分析与质量保障改进策略等方面,但在其基本内涵、结构要素、研究视域、逻辑理路等方面还存在着不足。未来可从大学生党员发展的内涵建设、视域拓展及问题导向等方面加强研究,进而增强对大学生党员发展工作质量保障机制的深入理解和行为自觉。

To recruit qualified communists from undergraduates pays an important role for the recruitment of the Communist Party of China.How to ensure the quality of members’ recruitment has become an important issue in the Party building work in Colleges and universities.Previous Many researchers have great contribution to quality assurance mechanism for the communists’ recruitment from undergraduates,such as he existing problems,the weakening of the quality and the improvement of quality assurance,etc.But there are some problems in its basic connotation,structure,research scope,logic etc..In the future,researchers can put emphasis on the connotation construction,research view expansion and problem-orientation approach,and so on,so as to enhance the understanding of the quality assurance mechanism of the party members’ recruitment.
