飞车现象是突发事件,当柴油机发生飞车故障后会给柴油机带来损坏,由于柴油机的转速短时间内飞升到极高的程度,会使一些运动部件损坏,如造成曲轴、缸头、活塞连杆组、缸套等柴油机零件损坏,甚至使发电机的电压保护模块报废。本文介绍了一种因油浴式空气滤清器加注机油过量引发的飞车故障,采取加装断气保护装置和断油保护装置的措施,对发电机组进行了优化,通过试验验证取得了良好的效果。

This paper introduces a coaster failure due to triggered by excessive oil bath air filter oil filler, take install cut-off protecting device and a broken oil protection measures, to optimize the power unit, through the experiment, good results have been obtained.
