制度理论在经济组织管理研究中的应用综述——基于Web of Science(1996—2015)的文献计量

The Literature Review of Institutional Theory in Economic Organization Management Research Field——A Scientometric Analysis of Web of Science from 1996 to 2015

本文通过对Web of Science(1996—2015)来源期刊中与制度理论有关的商业或管理类文献进行搜索,运用共词分析、共现分析、多维尺度分析、共被引分析等科学计量分析方法,对制度理论在经济组织管理研究中的应用现状和研究热点问题进行了分析。研究发现,制度、绩效、创新、创业、新兴经济体、公司治理、企业社会责任等是研究热点。在制度理论研究中涌现了一批有影响力的学者,他们与世界其他国家的学者共同合作推动了制度理论的发展,但科研中心和研究成果仍然是以美国为首的西方发达国家所主导。为此,提出应加强东方情境下的制度理论研究和发展。

Taking articles about institutional theory of business or management from Web of Science database from 1996 to 2015 as data sources, this paper adopts frequency analysis, co-occurrence analysis, multidimensional scaling analysis and co-citation analysis to explore research status quo and hot problems about institutional theory of organization management domain. The authors explore the institution theory＇ s development and trend from four as- pects： current research hotspot, academic community, high cited articles and academic platform. This paper gets the following results by analyzing the above four aspects ： （ 1 ） the articles published trend is increasing year by year as a whole, and these articles are mostly delivered on the international famous journals,
