摘要
以广东珠三角地区建筑装饰专业人才需求调研为基础,分析珠三角地区建筑装饰人才需求,课程设置直接体现人才培养需求,从宏观层面设置职业能力模块课程,形成应用型课程体系,提出课程内容与行业岗位需求相适应、实现教学三对接、重视隐性能力培养等原则。在教学过程中,从微观层面设定学习情境,凸显课程应用性,从而提高区域人才培养的匹配度。
On the basis of investigating the demand for architectural decoration professionals in Guangdong Pearl River Delta region, this paper analyzes the requirements of architectural decoration talents in the area, puts forwards- setting up the curriculum to meet the needs of personnel training. In the process of teaching, the paper also suggests setting the learning situation from the micro level and highlighting the applicability of the curriculum so as to im- prove the matching degree of regional talent training and industry needs.
