Progressive Cultivating Mode and Practice of High Skilled Talents in Automobile Programs

高职院校汽车类专业在自身难以适应汽车快速发展对技术技能人才需求的背景下,通过校企合作,共建包括实训基地在内的软硬件教学资源,使技术进步及时融入"实战性"课程,并按"基础理论——专项技能——综合技能——高标准职业素养——综合职业能力形成"五段式培养,有利于构建成熟的技术技能型人才能力梯次递进培养模式,形成环环相扣的职业能力全程递进"培养链"。

Under the situation that the automobile programs of vocational colleges can hardly catch up with the tal- ents needs from the fast development of automotive industry, colleges and companies＇ cooperation will plays a more important card. There are several ways to refine the cooperation such as building practice base and integrating soft- ware and hardware teaching sources. This paper proposes a progressive five-section mode to improve developing the high skilled graduates. The new mode integrates practice courses into the teaching, being a gradual process including basic theory, special skills, comprehensive skills, high standard vocational quality and forming complex vocational ability, and it proves effective in practice.
