国医大师邓铁涛教授治疗心血管病学术思想和冠心病治疗经验初探

Chinese Medicine Master Professor Deng Tietao's Experience in Treating Cardiovascular Disease and Academic Thought for Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

邓铁涛教授是我国著名中医大家,对许多疾病的认识有其独到的见解,心血管疾病就是其擅长治疗的病种之一。邓铁涛教授的学术思想包括五脏相关、重视后天之本,心脾相关、痰瘀相关等。邓铁涛教授认为冠心病病机特点是"正虚为本,邪实为标",在治疗上比较重视补气除痰,通补兼施,以利于心阳的恢复。用温胆汤加减化裁的益气化痰法是邓铁涛教授治疗冠心病的基本方法。本研究总结邓铁涛教授在临床上对岭南地区冠心病的常见分型论治。
